I'm only 1/4 filipino, my father was born and raised in manila with an italian father and filipino mother and that means im a pinay. i am extremely proud of my heritage and just because i happen to have a white mother or an italian grandfather doesnt mean i cant be filipino too! i look more like my grandmother than anyone else in my family and i dont really think its fair to count someone out of your culture because theyre not pure, i still have a part of you in me, it just means i have more cultures to be proud of as well!
